Our Founder
Dr. Dean R. Radtke, is a national and international vision facilitator, ministry and corporate counselor, strategic planner, and Founder and CEO of the Ministry Institute. He is a leader in professional and personal performance coaching -- advising pastors, marketplace ministers, educators, military, and professionals at every level.
Dr. Radtke has trained more than 125,000 leaders live worldwide tuition-free, protecting their anointing, equipping and positioning them to be extraordinary leaders producing extraordinary results. The Ministry Institute was founded to provide Dr. Radtke's Scriptural Leadership System to leaders worldwide.
Dr. Radtke has over 35 years of senior corporate and ministry leadership experience — a lifetime of proven excellence with an exceptional record of results. Clients note his integrity of character, relational and motivational skills, conceptual thinking, teamwork and count him as a trusted confidant with widespread success. His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University, United States Navy Officer's Training and Leadership & Intelligence Schools, Ordained Minister, and Doctor of Ministry.
He has developed a burden for and in-depth understanding of the challenges facing vital leaders having worked directly for Admiral John S. McCain (U.S. Atlantic Fleet), James E. Preston (Chairman, Avon Products, Inc.), and Les Wexner (Chairman, The Limited, Inc.) - all multi-billion dollar, Fortune 500 companies.
He later served as Executive Director for a megaministry, Bible college and academy. Dr. Radtke conceived of multiple new business concepts, worked for and consulted with numerous fast-track, highly-torqued corporations, was a recipient of the U.S. Navy commendation for distinguished service, and received multiple New York Advertising and International CLIO Awards for Creativity, and, under President Ronald Reagan, was commended with Recognition for Advisement and Volunteerism.
In great demand as retained counsel to a wide range of ministries and mega churches, Dr. Radtke conducts national and international leadership, management, methods, and performance workshops — working with men and women of God who hold a powerful purpose and vision, strategically placed for these end times, equipping them to be all they can be for God.

Pastor Doug Bartsch
Director of Training & Operations
Doug Bartsch is Director of Training at the Ministry Institute. Since 2003, Pastor Doug has been learning and applying the biblical Maximum CEO system in church, non-profit, and business settings. For over 10 years Pastor Doug traveled to learn from Dr. Radtke in person multiple times a year. He has trained and coached leaders, teams, boards of directors, and marketplace executives in this system.
Melia Correll
Project Manager
Melia brings over 12 years of experience serving in ministry across a variety of leadership and creative roles. She believes in being intentional with every assignment and uses her skills in communication, design, and organizational strategy to strengthen teams and advance meaningful work. She is passionate about maximizing impact through excellence and collaboration.
Kayli Bartsch
Donor & Customer Support
Kayli is a graduate of Texas A&M and a member of the customer support team at Ministry Institute. She is dedicated to making sure every experience with the organization is smooth, helpful, and encouraging. Kayli and her husband have a 3-year-old who is full of joy, and outside of work and family life, she enjoys baking bread and homemade desserts.
